Team Bio:

Team Mogren: Scotty Mogren (Stillwater), Alex Mogren (White Bear Lake), and John Mogren (White Bear Lake) Team Mogren has been involved in many St Paul Winter Carnival Snow Sculpting Events. Team Mogren was fortunate to take 1st place in the 2009 Winter Carnival Snow Sculpting Event. The win secured a trip to Lake Geneva Wisconsin to compete in the 2010 Nationals. Team Mogren enjoys being part of the Nation’s oldest Winter Carnival.

Fun Fact:

The team captain, Scotty Mogren owns a real working ranch complete with horses and sheep. Scotty is a “real cowboy.” Scotty recently lost one of his best friends, Cinnamon, a gentle rescue horse who shared many happy days with Scotty on his ranch. Team Mogren is dedicating our sculpture to the memory of Cinnamon the horse.
