Description:

The Great Indoors is an ode to a childhood past time: the blanket fort. This activity is something everyone can relate to, especially this year. A couch and a series of living room furniture prop up blankets that create the indoor fort, revealing comfy pillows and cushions inside.

Team Bio:

The Snowkitects: David Prom (Champlin), Zach Pleiss (Chanhassen), and Kyle Slivnik (Grand Forks) The Snowkitects have been sculpting across the Midwest for over 10 years. We have done pieces at competitions, international symposiums, commissioned projects, and more than a few in neighborhood yards. At the Minnesota State Competition, we have placed a few times, while also earning an Artist’s Choice award.

Fun Fact:

We are a group of college buddies (North Dakota State) who use snow sculpting as a way to get together once a year and catch up. While a solid project is always a goal, the camaraderie is a constant.
