The food Parade was inspired as a tribute to the traditional food plays in Minnesota Get Together. The foods we miss the most are in bright colors playing instruments and waiting for us to return to the State Fair after COVID is done.

Team Bio:

Harper Steinbach is an emerging illustrator, designer, and public artist who has experience in public engagement in both 2 and 3 D arts. She currently works as a freelance artist. After graduating from Seattle Pacific University in Washington, Steinbach moved to Minneapolis and started working in arts administration. At 23, she started her own design and community engagement business. Her clients include; Glow; a Holiday Festival at the State Fair, The Compassion Museum, Three Rivers Parks District, People’s Fest, and Lucille’s Kitchen Garden. In the past year, she has redesigned brands, made a 1500 sq foot color by chalk mural, and has created a large-scale holiday light exhibit. She fits many hats and enjoys most working alongside clients to create memorable experiences. Harper lives with her fiance and their dog, Goose. She loves food and drawing.
