Team Bio:

John Cooper born and raised in Minneapolis and currently living on the east side of Saint Paul. Attended the Saint Paul College culinary program. John founded his passion and has worked in kitchens for 20 years currently the Executive Chef at the Paddelford Riverboat Company on Harriet Island here in Saint Paul.
