Team Bio:

Home Grown: Jason Arney-O'Neil (St. Paul) is a full-time mixed media artist. Sculpting sand and snow since 2013. This is his 4th appearance at the St. Paul Winter Carnival.

Fun Fact:

I was a firefighter/paramedic before becoming a full-time artist.
